• Does Black Xchange accept returns?

For all returns, we offer store credit only. Refunds are not available. We accept returns with notice, within 5 days of the customer receiving their item(s). Please contact us immediately at: shopblackxchange@gmail.com if you wish to make an exchange or return. We require a tracking number for all returns and exchanges. If we do not receive a notice, your item(s) will be returned to you.

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing you order. You will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
