How to Measure
Measure exactly where you would like for your waist beads to fall. Each strand has 45” of beads for general sizing and flexibility.

How to Tie
Similar to measuring, you will start by wrapping the beads exactly where you would like for them to fall.
Slide all beads to the center of string.
Wrap beads around your waist, and place where you would like for them to fall.
Pinch and slide excess beads down to the ends.
Double or triple knot string.
Cut off excess string, leaving a little.
